I have stayed here a few times, and each time I've loved it. The staff are very friendly, the beds are comfortable, and it's out of the way of the hustle and bustle that is Tulum. Has a fantastic wide-open communal area and a great kitchen. Massive fridge which is essential when there's lots of travelers in the same space!... More

Hostel is really familiar, runned by local people. The lady likes to communicate with you,in spanish of course :-) Breakfast comes later than at 8., so don't count on it when you leave in the morning. It's not very clean but it's ok to stay there as a backpacker ;) But pay attention and put your stuff in the locker,there... More

A nice little hostel ran by a Mexican lady and her mother, very basic but a good atmosphere. The cabins are nice for a bit of privacy. Breakfast was homemade by the lady who owns it which made for a nice, personal touch.

the manager is a unique personality. Nice rooms , clean and quiet but average. Small breakfast and the only think that we didn't like is that we were charged even for a shower that we took after our check out. Never asked before.

This was my first time staying in a hostel. It was a good experience, the owners were very friendly and nice. It was a short work to the shops and restaurant. After the construction is complete it will be a beautiful hostel.

Having been to, stayed at and worked at 100s of hostels, this is an average hostel given a poor rating due to its terrible dorms rooms, bathrooms and noisy chihuahua, and feable furniture. The staff were okay, breakfast was okay and generally it was okay and it could be a good hostel. We chose a private room as it wasn't... More

I didn't stay here personally but my friend did so I payed a few visits. The owner Carlos is really cool, super energetic guy and we had a really interesting chat. The place its self is great. However Lucy who runs the place is pretty damn rude and she should NOT be working in hospitality AT ALL. She completely ruins the... More

The dorms were too close to the lights and music of the communal area. Very spacious but a strange kitchen set up and a very messy fridge. Service was friendly but strange. They need to provide bikes with gears. The private rooms look a lot more comfortable. The bathrooms were very small and pretty dirty. Wifi was poor and there... More

It's easy to wind up in this hostel if you don't have much prior knowledge as far as lodging goes in Tulum. There are many signs leading you here once you exit the bus station - I imagine this is how everyone arrives. The property has potential, but I found it to be very dark, both inside the dorm room... There is no sound isolation between the common area and the rooms. There are either no quite hours or no one in the reception is trying to apply it. I had a terrible sleep the night I stayed. I don't mind the conditions of the bathrooms but I can see that others may find them unclean.
