We (my wife, 6-month-old boy and I) stayed at Residence Kohunlich for three months in early 2009 and would stay there again. We booked sight unseen and were pleased to discover that everything was exactly as described on the website. My husband and I spent several months at Residence Kohunlich and felt very welcomed and were treated with extra tender love and care from beginning to end. The Italian owners are very friendly and nice. Place is very clean and opened. The place is a few bloks away from the city, surrrounded by trees and peace and that is his charm. We just returned from an excellent vacation in Tulum. We stayed at the Condos Kohunlich and we thrilled with the place.
