We stayed for 5 nights at Playa Azul. We had bungalow 7 which was spacious and clean. Minimal but lovely decor, with a great front porch area. The beach at Playa Azul is spectacular. Playa Azul is so amazing. I stayed in Cabana 19 and had a balcony with an ocean view. The staff were very attentive and super friendly. I was traveling alone so was dining alone. Best beach hotel ever! Very nice and helpful staff, our room was so nice, clean and very personal decorated... I´m so in love that decoration. We stay here in 3 night in room 18 and we was so sad.. we really like spend more time in here! best food in Tulum so far... we indeed come back this hotel!

“Memorable Vacation”

Loved the location of this hotel. Snorkeling was great, we snorkeled almost every day. The golf course, about a mile away, was a fun course. We really enjoyed the staff, who were all very friendly. The bed, to me, was a little overly firm. Our overall experience was positive.
