We stayed here as a couple for 4 days in end of January. We were in the 5b bungalow. There is an ac but was too cold to need it. We got extra blankets to keep warm. Overall it's he hotel is just amazing, cute cozy, small, quiet. On a few nights there was loud music coming from next door... More

We spent 5 nights here a few days ago. Unit no. 4, Sueno Caribbeano, I believe. This is big room, with AC we didn't need. Scrupulously cleaned every day with nice towels. Good location, well run and staffed. Dedicated parking for each unit. Lots of security. Two demerits, neither of which is likely the hotel's fault: 1. Loud music very... More

We stayed here for the 3rd time this past November. Everything was just as wonderful as the first 2 visits, sorry we can't say the same for the surrounding businesses. It's getting more expensive and a bit more inconvenient. Everything seemed alot busier this trip, service wasn't as great as we were used to. We typically buy ice down the... More

It was our first time to the Yucatan so have no direct experience with any other places here BUT I'm clear this is where we'd come back to next time. We stayed in #18 Estrella del Amanecer. It's the top floor with a private deck and ocean view. I'd read other comments that you need to be right on the... More

Just came back from three days / two nights at Nueva Vida de Ramiro with my fiancé- we had a fabulous time. The beach set up seems better than any of the other hotels - we walked up and down the beach and most other places seemed to have less beach frontage, so all of their lounge chairs and stuff... I stayed at Nueva Vida for 6 days this past week in January, and could not have had a better experience. We stayed in Magico Amancer (bungalow #1) right on the beach, and it was a little slice of heaven. We had the complementary breakfast of fresh fruit and juice and bread delivered to our front porch or to the... More

Nueva Vida is terrific. Every lodge in Tulum claims to be a boutique and super-green. But some are condo blocks with a/c generators blasting. Nueva Vida is what it says: a collection of cabanas surrounded by palms, connected by sand paths. A few points: the hotel is towards the end of the road that parallels the water, about a mile... My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights earlier this month. It was a wonderful place to stay in Tulum. We stayed in #11 (Amor Eterno) which was a older private bungalow right on the beach. The resort felt so private and serene. I think it was completely full, but I hardly ever saw anyone else around. The beach... More

I almost don't want to recommend this place because it's so amazing. Don't hesitate to book it. There are so many good hotels along the beach rd in Tulum and I've only been to this one, but it really is great. The service, staff and rooms were all fantastic. The beach is excellent and it's waling distance to small shops... More

Rooms are super clean, beach is excellent, staff is very accommodating: Roger was extra cool! Wifi is pretty fast in rooms. Easy to book with Paypal, worth every penny. Continental breakfast at Casa Banana was excellent! Casa banana, just across the street, is great food all around. I would definitely stay here again.
