I traded my Royal Sands week for a week at the Hacienda, and of course it was fabulous. Overall it is an excellent place to stay. One pool in phase 1 and 2 is being repaired. But the main pool in Phase 3 and 4 was more than ample to handle the guests during our stay. Rooms are very nice! Shower was best I have had in Mexico. Flat screen Tv's in main area and in both bedrooms.... more
