The popol vuh exceeded our expectations, but then we weren't expecting that much given the extremely low prices. We stayed in the basic bungalow with shared bathroom and were impressed that they were cleaned frequently (our bungalow was cleaned everyday). For what Popul-Vuh charges I would not recommend this hostel. It has no soul, there is no social area, we met no one, in fact saw no one.
