Stayed here with a group of 20 people for two weeks. The staff were very helpful and always smiling. Clean rooms every day, the bed got made up and received fresh towels. Tips for cleaning staff and at breakfast expected, in accordence with the culture. Air-condition and fan in the celing, slept comfortably. Enjoyed the common areas of the hotel... More

Was tourleader for 20 people staying at this lovely hotel for 2 weeks. Some in double rooms, but most staying in single rooms. Based on the feedback I have been given by my guests, there was only positive experiences related to our stay. As mentioned by the last reviewer, there could maybe have been more hangers in the room and... More

Stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks with a group of 20 in March 2015. The hotel is small, colorful and intimate, with all rooms facing a beautiful back garden with lots of trees, places to sit, hammock, a pool and everything you need. Rooms are decorated in a Mexican style. They all have fridge, good air condition... More

Loved the old Spanish colonial style. We had no blanket, which was kind of weird, but the staff promptly got us one when we asked. Staff were very friendly. Location was great; close to everything. Pool was tiny, but I was more interested in the beach, and the staff would give you towels to take to the beach. Wifi worked... More

We had a medium experience at this hotel, so I will just make a list of positive and negative things. The took two tours through them. The chichen itza one is good but you spend most of the day on the bus and you only get 40 minutes at the cenote. The second one at the Islas mujeres was disapponting.... More

This was my perfect hotel, small quiet, very clean, superb staff, close to the beach and the avenue of shops. We were there during fat Tuesday, so there was a small interesting fair at the end of the block. We did all the tourist stuff we could fit in. My travel partner is a professional photographer, so she went her... More

Disappointed and let down by management! We booked 4 nights in a PREMIUM room from 15Feb2015 direct with the hotel 1 month prior to arrival. We advised credit card details to pay for the room and were given a hotel confirmation number. 2 days before our intended arrival we realised we could depart Australia a day earlier than originally booked,... I really have no idea why this place got great reviews. Very poor value for over $100 a night. Should cost half of that. The room was not clean and had dampness smell. We asked the guy in reception that we wanted to extend our stay for one more night and he said it was OK but we had to... More
