The staff & location was perfect! Very spacious room & awesome shower. First time to Playa & so close to the beach, fifth ave & safe. The beach was beautiful & close to Cozumel which was great snorkeling on the day trip on a catamaran. Check out Tulum & the neighboring water/river park Xel-Ha'. The best day trip ever!!!

We stayed at Casa de las Flores the last week in Feb. We had a king bed room on the main floor. It was spacious room with a small fridge which was really handy. We brought a small coffee maker. The bathroom was very large, the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. There is a large open... More

Spent our first 3 nights here, fresh off the plane. Check in was very smooth and went well, was on the 1st floor as we had requested. Our room # 102 was clean and beds comfortable except that the shower floor was worn painted over concrete so we preferred to shower with our flip flops on. This would end up... More

We stayed one night in Playa del Carmen and chose this small hotel. The hotel is a few blocks walk from the bus station. The buildings are beautiful with a nice garden and pool in a central courtyard. The rooms were nice and I liked the natural cream and shampoo that was in the room. Wifi was available in the... More

I only stayed one night as I was catching the ferry to Cozumel the next morning. Morgan and the team provided excellent service, and the room was clean, functional and the pool was great! Thanks so much for a great experience. This is really a great value hotel with a location close enough to everything you need, without being in... More

We stayed there three nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located five min. walk from the main road (5th Av.), and 1 min. From the colectivo station (to both Tulum and Cancun). The place and the rooms look exactly like the professional pictures!! The hotel is very pretty and clean and the staff is very nice and... More

We stayed here as part of a tour group. This is a great place to stay and is conveniently located very close to 5th avenue, but it does not feel like you are so close to the busy street. Rooms were clean and the central courtyard was a lovely place to relax. There is free Wi-Fi, but you can't access... More

Located in the center of town, close to the bus station and shopping which was great. The price was certainly fair $80 per night. It was very hot so the A/C was welcomed, but it cycled on and off through the night so it was freezing or hot most of the time. The second night I actually used the extra... More
