Was greeted by very friendly staff. The room was big, clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is located near all amenities and near excellent places to eat, shop and all basic needs. The garden is lavish and beautiful and even if I personally was not tempted to use the little pool there it was a great detail in the decoration.... More

We had an incredible 2 weeks in hotel casa de las flores. The staff was really kind and always laughing. Rooms are colorful and spacious. The bathroom was also very clean! The only thing we would like to improve is the breakfast, a little bit more choice would be great. But for 30 pesos there's not a lot to complain.

We stayed here a week arriving home last night. We wanted something not inclusive, with the freedom to be close to the pulse of Playa del Carmen. We stayed here one night on our trip to the Yucatan in November, and found this hotel very good. It's location is off the beaten path a little, which is good. It is quiet and away from the very aggressive vendors on the strip! The room was very nice and the continental breakfast was good as well.

I did spend 4 weeks at Casa de las Flores a couple of years ago, during a language course. It was always clean and quiet, and the staff was always very friendly.
