This was our first trip to Playa del Carmen and we couldn't have been more fortunate to stay at the Illusion Hotel. The location was perfect--10 steps from the beach and 1/2 block from the main street (Quinta Ave). The rooms are surprisingly large and spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
