This hotel is in a wonderful location. A block off fifth street and two blocks from the beach !! The hotel is cute from the outside. The pool and patio area are small and cute, do not stay here if you are looking for pool time, this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are spacious with tv's with... more

Cute little hotel - looked just like the pictures on their website. The location is just perfect. It's only a two minute walk to the beach and the main pedestrian area is just around the corner. Also, some fabulous restaraunts are really close. I've been to Mexico a few times, and I'm familiar with the musty smell and hard beds,... more

I was a littlebit afraid to book this hotel but on the spot - no reason. Hotel was nice - spacious rooms, nice balcony, clean bathroom, fridge, TV. And great location! About noise - maybe there was something from nearby club, but in generally our room - beside courtyard, was very quiet. You cant wait too much for this price... more

The hotel was nice and clean and staff was very helpful. However, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs because of the noisy music from the bar in the same block. The bass tunes were echoing in the whole building all night. The room was ok and there was hot water in the shower. more

The hotel was in a great location. We just stayed one night here, and that is probably all I would do. Our room was nice, but pretty loud. Something banging, sounding like base drums all night long. Our friends rooms, REALLY smelled badly of mildew. (I read all reviews of places and go to Mexico a few times a year.... more

Worst hotel to stay at. Lost reservations, very rude receptionist. Noisy only when your sleeping or trying to sleep. (they don't tell you there is a band that plays underneath the hotel from 10pm to 5am.)shakes the hotel walls. No hot water and pressure most of the time, toilets don't flush properly, Very pricy for what you get($85. U.S a night)Very... more

I stayed here for two nights in August and was extremely happy with my stay. The hotel and rooms were of a very good standard and the staff were so helpful. The location is great and there are a couple of excellent restaurants just around the corner-Hemmingways and also one just across the street(the name escapes me) both serving Mexican... more

We fell in love with this hacienda from our first view of it. From the outside, it truly is lovely, with its arched gate entry showing a tantalizing peak of the interior courtyard. Picture book old Mexico. However our room was not as picture perfect. We turned on the room air conditioner and 2 hrs later, the room was an... more

Decided to stay one more night in MX so booked hotel thru Spa Palace desk (they were full--WAAAAH). Got basic room for $80--sunken double beds, MUSTY, so-so bath on first floor. Disappointed so we went for a drink. Came back and asked about better room--they said they could give us a suite for $16 more, so I grabbed it. Well,... more
