A friend recommended this hotel to me. Reasonable prices, very clean and though the room was small it was very comfortable. Good bed and pillows; aircon and fan, in-room safe, and very clean bathroom with organic products and a hairdryer. There's a small garden at the back of the hotel with two large sunbeds (great spot to read if you... More

Great gem of a hotel. A block and a half off of Ave. 5 but still in the heart of it all. Small, quaint, clean. They provided breakfast each morning. Had hammocks outside each room on the porch. Had great day beds out back in the yard. We loved waking up to the sound of the birds each morning. Though... More

This hotel is very good value for the money, and is in a perfect location. It was 5 minutes away from ADO bus station, beach, collectivo stop and all the places to eat. Playa del Carmen is not a nice place to be in general, but this hotel made it a bit more bearable. Nice design, hammock in every room,... More

I arrived by myself and my friend met me the following day. This was just a stop for us on the the way to Tulum. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. They offered a Skype phone to call home. They also suggested a really delicious spot for dinner called El Fogan. Room was fine for a quick stop.... More

The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to the main tourist road but far enough away to not hear the noise! Room really spacious and super clean!! Hammocks on patio are super comfy. Staff lovely and very helpful. Breakfast basic but delicious!

Dear Wachell, thank you very much for visiting. We are really happy of reading your nice words about our rooms, staff, and breakfast. A nicely decorated small hotel close to 5th Ave. as well as the beach. When I booked I did so because I liked that each room had a small balcony and hammock. When I arrived I was put into the only room with no hammock. I asked to be moved and was told that I could for the middle three... More

This hotel is a great deal. Staying here puts you 2 blocks from 5th Avenue, where everything is, and if you go one more block you will be at the beach. My room was very quiet, all of the facilities worked and were very nice. The breakfast was just enough for me and it is free. The Green Juice is... More

The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is safe and clean and breakfast is served each morning. Showers are mostly on the colder side of things, but this is generally okay for very hot Playa. The hotel is walking distance to everything you would want to visit and close to very good local restaurants. If you're looking for... More

This hotel chose not to honor an advertised sale price. After seeing the price on the web I emailed to confirm if parking was included. Less than 24 hours later I received a response but the price of the room had doubled (literally). After a handful of emails with the manager they refused to honor the advertised price. Good customer... More

Mr Scott, as you understood in our 11 email conversation, you have to accept that we didn't cancel any reservation, the truth is that you didn't book, but if you want to book, room is still available. We honor every booking, and if we did mistakes in the past, we worked so much on that , that avoid overbooking is... More

My wife and I recently stayed here for the majority of our honeymoon. We really liked this place and would definitely stay here again! The hotel is only a block and a half from Playa Del Carmen's 5th Avenue (which is the main tourist street of the city for those who don't know). Then one more block away is the beach... More
