The hotel staff just took first place away from the doorman at the Ruben in London. Very pleased with the assistance with a variety of requests. Enjoyed a 5th Avenue room for people watching, but it is really loud. If you are not a sound sleeper consider one of the garden facing rooms. $179 per night is a bit high,... more

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is very beautiful (if you like the Mexican hacienda look) and very clean. Beds were stiff- the norm in Playa. You are blocks away from everything. My friend and I were very pleased with our experience. more
