The hotel facilities are excellent. A perfect option for families with kids. High standard & level in food quality. I would like to make special recongintion to the Chef Ventura, that always provided an excellent service (mi son have allergies) and a high commitment to Customer Satisifaction.

“Outstanding customer service!”

Hotel was very clean. Staff was outstanding and very accommodating. Food was great considering it was an all inclusive hotel. The guest service manager Oliver Bothfeld went over and beyond for us. Pool area and beach were fantastic. Highly recommend for a group of friends/families to get together or for a destination wedding.
