The service, the food , the rooms, everything was top notch. Would go back in a heart beat. Loved it. we stayed at RIU PALACE LAS AMERICAS last year, just as good. the difference was the beaches, LAS AMERICAS beach was a little more private and secluded, MEXICO was really big and busy, thats the only difference. see for yourself. more
This is a nice choice for an all-inclusive hotel with options to leave the grounds for nearby attractions (playa del carment is a very cheap cab ride). I have now stayed at the Palace twice and have loved every minute of the stay. The staff is wonderful and always very welcoming and helpful! Love the palm tree lined beach and facilities on the grounds. While the food is nothing spectacular it is always quite good....love the breakfast buffet and you've gotta try the guacamole!! We really enjoyed our stay at Riu Palace Mexico. We were a little hesitant about the "all inclusive" aspect and were very pleasantly surprised.
