The Che Hostel definitely is the right choice for you if you want to party day and night and don't care much about anything else. Staff was nice in the beginning. My boyfriend and I stayed in a private room on the ground floor that shared a bathroom with one other private room. Our room was very cold and moist,... More

Loved this place. Location is great, just a two blocks from the main avenue, and the beach. The hostel itself has an amazing & fun vibe to it. Nice area to chill in the reception, couchs and sofas around the TV, good music too. Great kitchen. Utensils are all new; that's very important if you're on a low budget and... More

This is a fun hostel if you like to party. The people are very laid back and its in a good location to explore the city if you want to see something more then just the party avenue next to the beach. It is associated with a restaurant called The Wey, which is actually very good and pretty cheap for... More

Nice and celan hostel with AC in rooms, a terrace where parties and barbecues take place and a nice cozy morning breakfast included. Ask for the 10 bed dorm, which has a beautiful private terrace. You can get a discount if you stay for a longer period of time, the guys that run the hostel are very laid back and... More

We got the dates wrong when we booked a room at Che BB and the staff were very helpful and got us a room at Che Hostel for the night we arrived.... We asked for a room with a private toilet and bathroom and that's where we staid. It was the filthiest place we've stayed at so far in Mexico... More

Che feels like home! The staff is amazing and really relax. I ended up staying almost 2 weeks because I loved the hostel and Playa del Carmen. There is a bar in the hostel opened every night where you can have fun and meet people. Each night there is a 'special event' so you can be sure to enjoy your... More

Apparently is a must to be good looking in order to work or stay at this hostel. I have never seen so many beautiful people together in one place it was like a Victoria secret show. Starting with the receptionist Dorothy not only was good looking, but extremely charming and helpful, el Turco was funny and helpful too. The girls... More

Just at the reception you'd like the place. There is air conditioning on the rooms, you get a nice bracelet because breakfast is included. What is more charming and awesome is the staff, the are just awesome. At the entrance it was a song of "PINK FLOYD" playing that got my attention. And every night is ladies night. :-)

There are plenty of nice hostels in Playa, but this isn't one of them. Absolutely filthy and the rooms are dingy and crowded. There's no good common area and the bar upstairs is a joke- they play incredibly loud music until very late at night which can be heard in all corners of the hostel and doesn't allow people to... Stayed here for one night, good location. The staff seemed nice and helpful at the time. The only thing that killed the experience for me was that I gave some of my belongings to reception to clean and didn't get all of my personal items back. I have since emailed the owner and the hostel but haven't heard anything back.... More
