Great hostel, great staff, fab owner and brilliant guests! Very good location and trust worthy people there where you feel safe and a home from home. I loved it so much I stayed twice! Wonderful time had, thank you so much Fernando!

Stayed here a fair few nights. Despite people saying the rooms are may be a little hot and the dorm beds not the comfiest, I can almost guarantee that a)you'll be too drunk to care (since you're in PdC) or b)the vibe of the hostel will more than make up for it. The atmosphere here is great, the staff are... More

This hostel was a blast. The kitchen area is fantastic, and the pool is such a relief. The staff is always there to ensure you have a great stay, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I highly recommend this hostel and would come back any day.

We are not people to moan about things, and we only stayed at this place one night, the staff are really friendly and very helpful, even when we checked out and left some food in the fridge they still gave us advice on other places to visit along the coast when we popped back in. The rooms where really hot... More

We spent an unforgetable vacation in the most friendliest and enjoyable spot in the Mayan riviera. We had so much fun and the people working there are so kind, their smile is so contagious and always looking forward to help and please you the best they can. We strongly recommend the hostal vive la vida which by the way is... More

Best place to stay! The facilities are great, very comfortable, everything you could need. The best part is the people though. Demian and Fernando are amazing! Everyone there was super friendly and inviting, was really like a family. I will definitely be returning :)

I was staying here for a couple of nights with a group trip. The location is ok, but not as close as they say it would be to the beach, but it is still in 6 minute walking distance. When it comes to hostels one good aspect is if they have electric outlets at the bed, which here luckily was... More

We really sorry about the fans inside room, we're working to change it. You came with a 40 people group, all of them were young, and that's why we play music during the day, sorry if was annoying for you. More

I was only here for one night, and was really only here as a stopover to Cozumel. The beds were clean enough, but the floor looked quite dirty (it was just concrete). The rooms were super hot, there was only one fan in my room which didn't work very well. The people staying at the hostel didn't seem that interested... More

I had a really good experience at this hostel. It's comfortable and you feel welcome. There is a big kitchen so it is easy to cook your own meal and at the same time meet and exchange with a lot of people. There was a good vibe and people were respectuous and friendly. I will choose again this hostel next... More
