For a 4 stars resort the buffett food was dissapointing. The music at poolside was way too loud. The pool water was too warm. The front desk staff were rude and lied to us regarding guests making long distance phone calls. Then they lied again to cover their butts & were rude to us when we confronted them about it.... More

Booked with Expedia. Arrived at the Maya and was told we were upgraded to Azteca due to no rooms at the Maya. Just returned from Wyndham Azteca April 2012. A few things... Staff was very friendly, the resort very clean.
