We go to Playa around 3 to 4 times a year and in late Oct 09 it was the first time to stay at the Gran Porto Real. It is a wonderful resort. The beds are really hard as most are in Mexico. As with most all-inclusives they have restuarants you can eat at to get away from the buffet.... more

The staff, Manuel & Ignacio from the Albatros and Thelma from Housekeeping were the best. They made our stay a pleasure exactly what we were craving! We want to go back next year.
