We just stayed in a deluxe room, great spot, excellent location, pool area very nice although we never used it. Only 2 really really minor things. The place looks good- that's about it. A construction site across the street continued working until 11pm. Then, both nights, guests were partying outside and the noise bounces all over the hotel. We changed 3 times before the get a acceptable room but noisy on the 5th street. ( the noisiest strret of playa del carmen ) Really bad and very noisy airconditionning on the room on 212.
