Second time staying at this hotel. This hotel is just perfect. First of all the the location is great. It sits on 5th Avenue (La 5ta Avenida) and is within walking distance to all bars and restaurants, and not to mention; the beach!!! The rooms are clean and very well presented. This hotel truly lives up to its acclaimed boutique... More

If you like good night sleep, this hotel is not for you. Also the bed is very uncomfortable and only one foot high. The choice for cover - thick comforter or a sheet. Nothing in between. Strange. Location is central, it's true. I could see the parade from my window every night, but the noise did not worth it. The... More

Hotel staff were real helpful. Hallway was kind of dated but loved the room and modern feel. I liked that the hotel was located on the main strip were I had easy access to beach and restaurants. I did not hear much noise in my location, but hearing slight music from outside was expected being on the tourist strip. I... More

Seconding the comments regarding noise. On a Tuesday night, roof bar kept the entire building vibrating well past midnight. Rooms at the front of the hotel also receive a lot of noise from the street earlier in the evening. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and contemporary, but noise is a big detractor.

Dear jakeNY, we truly regret that your stay with us was not entirely pleasant as we are committed to. We are located in the heart of the cosmopolitan 5th Avenue. Although strategic, this location naturally can get noisy due to pedestrians and nearby restaurants. Also, our restaurant bar La Azotea was very recognized for its excellent food, premium cocktails and... More

I traveled to PDC with my mom and we were looking for a relaxing experience. The people at the front desk were very welcoming and nice and the hotel is in an easy to travel to and great location close to the beach. The rooms are quite clean and nice. We would have had a wonderful experience except for the... More

This hotel is not as flash as they try to market it as (or charge for!), in fact the only thing that it has going for it is it's geographical location to the strip. The Hotel has only 2 rooms with balcony's and these are the top priced suites, the other rooms don't even have opening windows. There is the... More

It is our first night here, and although the hotel seems nice and staff seems nice. The bar upstairs supposedly closes at 12:00 am, which would not be a problem, except, right now it is still in full action at 1:30 am. Staff says they will check it iut and talk to them tommorrow. Thanks a lot.

This hotel makes you sign a non smoking form however the corridors have an overwhelming stench of smoke smell that enters your room when you open the door. then when you open your windows all you smell is grease from the vents and hear the roar of kitchen fans.
