We found Villa's Milpa while searching for condos in Playa. Right from the start, Mirielle ( owner ) and Sophie (manager) were very good at answering any questions or concerns by e-mail. We stayed March 11-15, 2009. After taking our Cancun valet transfer to the property in the Playacar complex, we were suprised to find a fantastic 3 story condo , poolside for the price. The condo is just across the street and down a bit from the Reef Playacar. Staying at the condo gets you access to the Reef's pool and beach area. One of the great things for us was the abilty to save money and buy groceries ( Chedraui Super market is 5 minutes away ) or walk to Playa 5th avenue for dinner. The walk is about 10 minutes or so. I really liked our room- 3rd floor with an additional loft that can be used for reading- and an outside patio also on the 3rd floor with a hammock that was real nice to lay in and stargaze at night.
