Four of us with an age range of 27-70-ish stayed in condo #205A for four nights in November. In general, these are lovely condos and are a pretty good value. Specifics:
**PROs: Free filtered water, plenty of linens provided, A/C and ceiling fans in every room, in-unit laundry washer and drying machines, in-unit safe, great location to the beach
**CONs: Location to the central shopping district requires some walking, building is not wheelchair/stroller-friendly, not very good water pressure in the showers, and walls are paper thin so you hear everything (both your laundry machines inside the unit, and the rowdy drunkards outside your unit) even with the windows shut. more
