I share the same experience as the other reviewers, terrible service, dirty bathrooms and below average rooms. I was also fooled by the pictures I saw on the web. The worst is that the owners probably wouldn't need to use a lot of money to convert this hotel into a decent place. I guess the only good thing about it... more

Horrible experience in this hotel, specialy the atencion of the owner,(Marta Carpio) was extremely bad, So expensive for the bad service they ofer, very very dirty and ugly hotel. Dont trust in photos! I will not go again i recomend you do the same to avoid a terrific experience!Thanks more

We stayed here because we saw the photos over the internet and they were OK and the price reasonable. I've been in better hostals than this so-called hotel, the exterior is ugly but the inside is just scary, there is no lobby just an improvised desk. I was in our last week of vacations over México and this place just made this days extrmely disapointing... The pool was green, we thaught a crocodile was living there, the bathroom smells very bad, and the insects all over the place just impossible to stay there, the 2nd night the electricity power went off, and the A/C never worked,... more

I got a deal for a double terrace room overlooking pool with breakfast....It was our last night in mexico and after travelling wanted somewhere really nice to stay and how disappointed were we !!! the pool is inside and like a fish pond.Our room had splattered paint on the wardrobes and mirror and looked so drab BUT the bathroom !!!.... more
