This is a charming little hotel. only 8 rooms in a nice former mansion. The car park is free and 1 block away. the lobby isn't interesting, but the bar is very nice. So is the pool. one can walk to the city centre (20min) and to Paseo Montejo (15min). But the room was a let down! Small, very very... More

from Albert's welcome to the clean comfortable room to breakfast by the lovely pool courtyard to the friendliness of Carlos the waiter and really everyone, this was such a pleasant boutique hotel. Ten minutes max to the Gran Plaza, and the same to several good restaurants the hotel is well located. The building is interesting and spotless. Lots of character.... More

This was our favourite hotel we stayed in during our trip. The hotel only has 8 rooms and as such offers a really personal experience. All the staff and very friendly and helpful in whatever you need and can also recommend local events and sites to visit. The location is great, right next to Calle 60 which is the main... More

This is a lovely old building tastefully restored in the public areas with a super looking swimming pool. The standard room we had at the back was a disgrace. Small, noisy ac and fan, poorly lit, and power points hanging off the wall and frankly unsafe. Repeated attempts to have at least the most important power point fixed resulted in... More

Beautiful hotel. We had one of the cheaper rooms and therefore without a view whatsoever but still nicely decorated. Good breakfast in the beautiful garden, under the columns. What we liked best is that they booked AND PAID our ado bus ticket a week or two before, what we couldn't do ourselves while being still in Belgium. Other hotels refused... More

Decent hotel in a quiet area. Nice, relaxing feel to the place with friendly staff. Not far from the main areas of town, it's about ten minutes walk to the main square with plenty of restaurants on the way as well. Staff very attentive, free coffee and water all day was appreciated. Pool looks more inviting in the hotel photos... More

We were thrilled with our stay at the Hacienda. The hotel is rustic and charming and the staff absolutely fantastic. They helped us with a recommendation for a trip to Celestun (which should not be missed) and then booked the tour for us. They also arranged ADO bus tickets to Playa Del Carmen on our departure. when we checked out... More

The hotel is very comfy and quiet. The staff is really kind and efficient (they also serve a "special" margarita which is excellent - so nice to relax by the pool after a day of visit!). We had good advice for restaurants at night. The suite on the swimming pool is large, not talking about the bathroom and the dressing... More

This was a perfect little retreat. Slight hiccup when we arrived because Agoda had not communicated with the hotel (next time I would contact them direct to make sure they were aware of our arrival) but they were very accommodating and found us a room at the top at the back. Room was clean, air con, nicely decorated and we... More

Spent a few days at this beautiful little hotel while celebrating a friends wedding. It was such a charming and relaxing place to be. You are in the Center of the city with endless places and things to see and do, but after a long day of adventure you return to this perfect oasis where you can unwind by the... More
