very nice boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. An oasis in the city center. beautiful rooms with good beds, airco and good shower. in the hotel nice music, fast wifi and also a pool 1.60mtr. cheap and very complete breakfast. So this a definite recommendation!

Our family with two small kids loved the hotel and the pool. The breakfast is also much better value than any other place in town. The pool is 1.60m deep, so best for kids that can already swim. Location is excellent, very near the town square. Parking is available.

Small boutique hotel. Just a short walk to main square. Young staff very friendly and helpful whether with luggage, restaurant suggestions, offering drinks hot and cold. Good English. Room very nicely appointed - bed very comfortable. Swimming pool very pleasant at the end of a hot day. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in room but staff always happy to... More

We thought this small but well appointed hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was in a great location, only about a 10 minute walk to all of the action that Merida has to offer. We had the best nights sleep of our entire two week trip - the bed was incredibly comfortable and the air... More

We spent three nights here in May, using it as a base to visit some local Mayan sites. The hotel was very special. Nothing to look at from the entrance but once inside it opens out onto a lovely cloistered pool, ideal for a dip after some sight seeing. It is very intimate with only 8 rooms, but it never... More

I chose this hotel for the good reviews, location and beautiful design. My husband and I were very impressed upon arrival as the place was exactly as described! I had requested room 3 since it was recommended by other guests and the hotel accommodated. There was also an issue with our flight and the fee was better through Travelocity than... More

This hotel is like a cool oasis near the Zocalo in Merida. The room was large, with a large bathroom, and was a cool refuge in the middle of a hot Merida afternoon. Best of all, it's near the middle of the old, historic part of Merida, which means that you can park your car and leave it in the... More

I had a fantastic 2 days at the Hacienda Merida. The staff were extremely helpful in advising me the area and also arranging taxis to specific locations I needed to get to. The room was fantastic & the location is really perfect, all the Merida essentials are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

For our Honeymoon, on June 2013, we spent two nights in this wonderful hotel in Merida. It was magical, like a little paradise. The rooms are so beautiful and the atmosphere is quiet with this amazing swimming pool and all the hamacs around. All the team is really helpful and so kind and the owner is really nice too, he... This was our favourite hotel on our trip to Mexico. The building is beautiful and we loved our room that was situated behind the pool - we even had two hammocks at the front! The room was a really good size, including a large robe and bathroom. There was even an English magazine in the room which was a really... More
