The hostel at first is very nice, it looks clean and the pool is great. Merida is a fantastic city, and there is a lot to do. We had a private room, very small, without window and a cheap bed. Check your pillow, cause ours wasn't clean at all! (they are never cleaned we heard later)The breakfast is POOR, just... more

Stayed here for two nights, and loved the place and the people I met. The shared room was about 6 euros (109 pesos) night, with a basic breakfast included (coffee and 2 toasts) but what really captired me was the pool, perfect for when you wanted to chill out in the afternoons (and it does get quite hot in Merida... more

I totally LOVED Nomada's!! Clean. Free Internet access. Salsa lessons every night at 19h00. New, clean and amazing swimming pool (that is a must in the heat of Merida). Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazingly friendly and helpful owner. Self-serve breakfast (toasts with jam and butter and coffee). Bottled water cheaply available. Shared kitchen. Hamacs everywhere. Mosquitoes (a con). Friendly... more

I have stayed here a total of 6 weeks in the last year and a half. I return here because it is lovely to be at, nice people, good entertainment, and tranquil. The rooms are nice although I am told the women's dorm is very hot. The new swimming pool is great. The breakfast will not please everyone - the... more

This place was great. Awesome common area, really good for relaxing with a couple beers after a long day and meeting other people. We stayed in a double room which was perfect. Simple but clean and roomy (2 double beds) and definately a bargain for the price (only around 18usd a night). It didnt have a bathroom but the shared... more

this place is grosss. the rooms r so tiny, without a window, and the beds r so hard u can't sleep, u even have to put your mattress by yourself and before u leave to get it to a laundry bag. the "breakfast" includes cold coffee an old bread and jam full of insects. the stuff, though, are very helpful... more

We've stayed here for two nights. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is not much, they only have coffee (no tea), butter, toast (max. 4 per person!) and jam. That's it. Kitchen en refrigerator available. Internet is for free, but because of the fact that the hostal is full most of the times, you have to waite quite some time... more

After a very exausting day (300km of driving) we come to Nomadas. The rooms was simple and nice. With a private bathroom. The food in the morning was o.k. There was also a nice place to hang out with the others, and free internet access for the guests of the hostel. The hostel is just few steps away from the... more

The Nomadas was a great hostel. I stayed there for 2 nights and I slept really well in the big double bed of the female dorm. The musician that comes during the evening is really good and the hamacs are really comfortable. Best place to relax during the very hot afternoons of Merida. Hand washing facilities is definitively great and... more
