We stopped off here after a full day of travel. We opted to stay here the one night before heading off to the beach the next day. We were able to arrange for a late check in as the ADO bus from Cancun didnt get us into Merida until late. We were welcomed by name at the front desk. Easy... More

First of all the city of Merida and the Yucatan peninsula are beautiful. The people are very friendly and accomidating. The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are large. It is located across the street from the convention center and about 20 minutes from City Center and the historical district. It is a very short distance from one of... More

The best highlight I can think of is the quality of sleep, the hotel is quite quiet and you cannot hear your neighbors. Breakfast includes fruit, coffee, bread, scrambled eggs and chilaquiles (typical Mexican breakfast). There are a couple of good restaurants and a mall in the surroundings.

I accompanied my husband on a mixed, business pleasure trip. The business part was well covered by this hotel, a good free breakfast, nothing spectacular but fruit, some hot staples, clean. It is across the street from the Conventions center, and very near the Mayan museum. For the tourist part it is not convenient at all, quite far from the... More

Excellent service from staff. Ordered food from Boston's Pizza and security came to the door with the delivery guy, made us feel safe & secure. Hotel is safe and I like the fact that you need a a room key card to take the elevator. Hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the malls for free but don't... More

I was visiting Merida with a group participating in adventure activities. This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The lobby is very bright and modern, with plenty of couches and chairs for everybody to visit and meet-up. Check-in was very quick and efficient. The front desk staff were above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the area. This hotel... More

The room was nice and big and had all the things you need when you travel. The bed was very hard but was ok for one nights stay. It is on the outside of town and away from the downtown area where you would want to go so you will have to pay quite a bit for a taxi to... More

Had to do a fast business trip to Merida, Mexico and got this hotel which is very well located in the new commercial zone of beautiful Merida, Mexico at the Yucatan Peninsula, although a little bit far from downtown Merida, the taxi ride is very cheap. Very close to shopping center, banks and lots of restaurants. Staff is very friendly... More
