This hotel is located just NORTH of Mérida city, so if you are planning to enjoy Mérida and don't have a car, may not be the best option although a cab ride takes you about 10 minutes and 70 to 90 Pesos one ride downtown. But it is just right off periférico and on the highway to Progreso which it... More

The owner and staff were incredibly nice. They were great with questions and service, and even gave us a wonderful honeymoon surprise! Wifi worked in rooms. The rooms have good A/C and cable, and were decorated very modern. Their restaurant is good (food was good for great prices, and they do room service!) Breakfast was included but very simple. Pool... The hotel is a bit far from the city center but it is very quiet and in a safe neighbourhood. It is situated at 5min drive from the Mundo Maya Museum and at 20 min drive from the city center, on the road to the Progreso beach. Big,comfortable and very clean rooms. The restaurant offers quite a cheap menu and... More

Is very near from Puerto Progreso beach (20 min) and downtown Merida (10 min). It a very good rate for this hotel. The only CON I could find is the old elevator... More

The hotel was nicely located for us between Merida and Progreso. There is a restaurant on site and a convenience store next door which was helpful. Only complaint was the toilet paper was very rough and in a dispenser attached to the wall behind you that was very difficult to reach. A child or an elderly person could never have... More

We have been there with the group of friends and we found the hotel really great. Excellent rooms, very friendly and helpfull staff. Though most of them were English speaking, using Spanish made things much more easy and that's ok, because how do you want to embrace other culture if you expect the entire world to speak english? Free parking,... More
