I spent 4 nights at la casa del Tio Dach and if I ever come back to Merida, I'll definately stay here again. La Casa del Tio Dach is, in my mind, la casa del tio Edwin, the owner/manager, and an absolute fount of knowledge about the Yucatan. Edwin's family owns this gorgeous old house located a few blocks from the Zocalo, and they've beautifully decorated it.
