*Some friends stayed this weekend at this hotel and they invited me to spend a nice afternoon in the pool area, I payed 200 pesos for a day pass. The food was delicious and the service as well. I didn't look up the rooms but the pool area and kindness of the staff were excellent. more

I just left Maria Del Carmen Hotel and I have wonderful things to say about the place. When it comes to traveling and hotel rooms , I can be picky and this place met my expectations. We picked this hotel before of its wonderful location to explore the city. It is located just a few blocks from the ADO bus station and a few blocks from the main square (Zocalo). The hotel is an old building, but while I was there it could be seen that it was being renewed, apparently because of new management. I got a room with new A/C and overall new furniture. The Last summer I visited Merida Yucatan, and also it´s the first time that I visited Maria del Carmen Hotel and I liked so much because in the room where I remained all the furniture are new, the personnel of the hotel is excellent and the facilities are fabulous.The remodeling is really beautiful. more
