This hotel has a great location near the Cathedral and main square. I stayed in this hotel in April for 3 nights.18th to 21st. I had arranged with a travel agent to be picked up each day to go on various tours. Each day they either turned up late or did not show at all. The bellman who spoke excellent... More

We stayed here on a timeshare point system exchange. It was a nice hotel in a central location. We are a family with a teenage son and daughter, so were expecting the main bedroom to have twin beds for them, and then a sofa bed in the living room. However there was double bed in the bedroom and a fold-down... More

Merida is a nice city ( Mexican holidays) and hotel close to restaurants, square etc. Hotel itself I would say average to good. More show than go and popular with the tourist bus operators. Hence rather large and diverse breakfast offerings. Travelled with family ( van) and if again would stay somewhere else. Still, for a group setting acceptable. If... More

Hotel is clean and spacious. Centrally located to everything you need to visit in Centro, Merida. Two blocks from the cathedral and Grand Plaza. Staff is friendly and speaks good english. Across the street there is a small grocery/money exchange run by an Indian family who also speak perfect english, and are helpful with local information. would definitely stay here... More

1st impression was that this is a smallish hotel as it looks so. The elevators were slow, small and without display on every floor to indicate status. TV was small screen and they only provide 1 bottle of water for 2 guests in each room. However the staff were friendly and the restaurant service was par excellent. Our dinner was... More

We stayed there the last week of February, the service was excellent the hotel was beautiful and the location is the best, only two things to mention the top of the TV furniture was a bit dusty and can see how it could cause someone with allergies a bad experience, the Wi-Fi was super slow on the fifth floor all... This hotel is very pleasant and well located. It is 2 blocks to the main plaza and one and a half to St Lucia plaza where many events occur. It is half a block to the fabulous small Chaya Maya and 2 blocks to the bigger Chaya Maya restaurant. I was staying in a room with a Murphy bed. Sleeping... More

Great location- walk to everything in the historic center of Merida. The hotel has a restaurant. The room was nice and clean. I would rate it a 4 star hotel. The toilet seat was problematic- too small for the toilet and kept coming off. Good internet. The people at the desk spoke English. The bellmen were helpful and knew how... More

The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff was the best. We were treated like royalty. We traveled to Merida with friends who had not yet decided where to stay. When they saw the lobby and spoke to the desk clerk, they went ahead and checked in. The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen.
