I stayed at the HYatt Regency Merida for one night as part of a tour of Mexico. The hotel is modern and well furnished, it is very well kept and sylish. Rooms are big and confortable and they offer all the amenities. Breakfast was rich and of good quality. Staff were nice and friendly and ready to help.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Merida two visits (for a total of 5 nights) over Christmas & New Years 2014. Overall, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas very clean and modern. We were on the Club floor and ate in the Club area for breakfast and afternoon snacks The staff was very attentive... More

When I arrived there was a tour group camped out in the lobby. It seemed strange but soon after it became clear that neither their rooms nor my room were ready. It was 3 hours past check-in time when I finally got one of my rooms. It smelled of smoke though it was a non smoking room. I went downstairs... More

My husband and myself traveled to Merida. In front of e hotel there is a shopping center worth going to. If is centrally located. We went joging to downtown to do shopping and have a great coffee. He hotel has a very nice lobby, a mexican breakfast and buffet on weekends worth trying.

Stayed at Hyatt and was also attending a conference there. Nice spacious room, clean and modern too. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It's located close to everything and you could find a cab right outside the hotel if you want to explore this cute little historical city a bit. Would definitely stay again... More

Upon entering hotel you are greeted by an impressive, modern and open lobby. However, that is where the impressiveness ends. Lobby staff is indifferent. We we're asked to wait a few minutes for our room. After sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes we asked if the room was available and the front desk apologized and said they forgot about... More

The Hyatt Regency Merida is a top notch hotel and you can book it a a reasonable rate if you book well in advance. Location is privileged, on Colon Ave, a block away from Pase Montejo, just a few blocks from downtown, easy to access and near the bus station in case you need it. Nice Lobby, big rooms with... We lived in Merida for around 3 years and decided to stay in this hotel for our final days in the city. Living close to this hotel, we tried several times their restaurant -La Peregrina- that we liked. Sadly this does not apply to the hotel. The reception and lounge areas are quite impressive, modern, clean and well decorated, however... More

This has been the best hotel during my 7 days Yucatan tour. Elegant, modern and international this hotel is perfect for any occasion. Impressive the lobby in front of the reception with a bar with its wall full of wine bottles. Wifi included in the rooms and a breakfast buffet so full of products that you need 10 minutes before... Very nice quiet Lobby, with the sound of water cascading as a backdrop. Relaxing. Good free internet with great signal everywhere in the Hotel and in the rooms. The rooms are roomy, very clean and have all the amenities you need, including a safe. Free bottled water everyday left in your room and a appreciated coffee maker. Beds are on... More
