Imagine a beautiful, quiet and well-located hotel with no toilet paper, barely functioning air conditioning and a bitter hotel owner that accuses you of stealing the broom when you leave!!! Dear Guest, There seems to be a misunderstanding: the Jardins de Merida is not a hotel, they are 5 luxury rental houses in Merida’s colonial center. This is the reason why there is no room service nor cleaning inside the rented house, as well as different details such as sheets on the beds (they are proportioned to the guest brand...
