My friend and I stayed here for a little more than a week between late October and early November, and found this place to be a real gem. The property is only about 5 years old, and feels "brand new." Room was clean as a whistle, thoughtfully laid out and decorated beautifully, in a minimalist style. They'd just hired a... More

Before going to this place I knew nothing about Merida and I decided to go there at last minute. However, my trip to Merida was extraordinary and I really enjoyed the city and this hotel. One day when I was ill Jan drove me to a pharmacy to buy medicines and Rita was always helpful and helpimg me a lot... More

The great reviews are absolutely true. This place is a calm and quiet oasis in the city centre. The owners are extremely nice and friendly and they know how to make you feel at home without intruding your privacy. Breakfast was great.Choose the room with LED-light whirlpool in your bathtub - it's worth it.

I went here when I was a little sick, I wanted to recover and enjoy this beautiful hotel, which I did. Everything about the room is comfortable, the owners are extremely friendly, and even helped me get some supply's for my sickness and I enjoyed every minute of the experience! The best hotel in Merida!

As part of our Honeymoon we'd decided to book this Hotel after reading all the good reviews. Our stay in this hotel lasted 5 nights and we found the hotel to be above and beyond our expectations. Jan and Rita treated us as family, from the very beginning. Let me elaborate, Jan explained to us to us, in great detail,... More

Jan and Rita are absolutely wonderful hosts, and although we only stayed the one night a couple of weeks ago, they made us feel very welcome and looked after us almost like family. We arrived completely knackered from a day at Chichen Itza etc., and they sat us down at the poolside table for a welcome drink, ordered us some... More

my wife and I spent the last night of our 8 days home looking excursion at this lovely hotel, was an outstanding job at remodelling ,this hotel is only a few streets away from the bustling buzy section and sits on a quiet street nuzzled between some homes that need a face lift ,or something at least, the minute you walk thru... We stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed every minute. Jan and Rita and the rest of the staff are very friendly and offer excellent & relaxing hospitality. Gave us the best local info for day trips, restaurants and things to do in and around Merida. This place has the feel of a B&B catering to couples. May not be... More

A great, conveniently located B&B. My companion and I stayed there in February 2014. The owners and live in managers, Jan and Rita, are excellent hosts. They designed the B&B for comfort and style. They maintain all of the facilities to a high standard. Beautiful and lively downtown Merida was only a short walk through a quiet neighborhood. Great couple!... More
