My wife and I love Casa Serena. It's our fourth time this visit and we always look back and think the really couldn't be a better hotel or a better location or a better value than this place. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Bev and Steve are a blast. The rooms are beautiful and a location in... More

Bev took great care of us and made us feel like family. Lovely small boutique hotel, walking distance to everything, near the ocean but only ocean view from top of the building, beautiful hot tub and happy hour location. Rooms are close together but lovely. Our room had an open shower, no door or curtain so toilet area can get... More

I am writing this as the snow is falling the day after I returned from Casa Sirena. As soon as I finish, I will book my next stay there. This place is great! Our first night, as we arrived at happy hour, the other guests couldn't stop gushing about how many times they had stayed there and how we were... More

We could not have imagined a more perfect honeymoon. The hotel room was impeccable, the staff was incredible, friendly, and attentive, and our host was amazing. They offer a terrific breakfast every morning and a great happy hour every evening. We can't wait to come back, and are already planning a return trip. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We were wanting a beach trip and a friend suggested Isla Mujeres. We loved the island and the beach. Casa Sirena was practically perfect. You could walk there from the ferry. It's located off the main drag but close enough to everything that you can come and go as you please with no need for carts or bikes, etc. The... More

The number of return guests says it all! During our stay, we were the only first timers and it is obvious why. Though not a flash establishment, the warmth exuded by the host puts it in a class of it's own. Steve ,the owner, was away but his friend Bev could not have been a more gracious stand in. Nothing... My Wife and I just returned home from staying at Casa Sirena for the 6th time ( I think-we've lost count). Every year Steve improves Casa Sirena and it just doesn't seem possible that it can get any better but it does! He's added in-room Espresso machines and in-room wi-fi. I've written before about the fabulous breakfasts and the famous... More

Very friendly staff and very clean B&B. You are greeted with a cold towel to cool you off after a long day of travel. The staff serves a different breakfast and keeps the facilities cleaned every day but Sunday's. The roof top happy hours has one of the best views in the world.

We chose this hotel because of the previous great reviews on this site, and were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by Steve. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The location, the rooms, the views, the breakfast, the staff, the happy hour. Cannot fault the accommodation, and have nothing negative to say. We... More

Just an awesome place to stay. The best staff, best host, fantastic food and nightlife. This is a gem. This was our second visit and we are so looking forward to next time. There's no other place like Casa Sirena. I thank the owner, Steve, his staff and guests for another memorable time that we will treasure.
