The beautifully decorated rooms with every amenity you desire, the excellent and personal service, the fun people I meet at breakfast and happy hour, the comfortable beds, the delicious breakfasts, the cool and inviting plunge pools, the sophisticated atmosphere, the serene garden area, the breezy rooftop bar, the best happy hour on the island, the huevos divorciados on Saturday morning,... Everything was perfect. The place is so much fun and Steven is one of the most interesting people I have met in a very long time. We have every intention of making this an annual stay. It really was more than a few days of relaxation. The breakfasts were great and the Happy Hour is unique. It was a total experience... More

The hotel is both elegant and cozy. The owner of the hotel was there to welcome us and was very gracious, and helpful. Downstairs is a lovely courtyard with a small pool, where delicious breakfast is served every morning. Our room was large, beautifully decorated with nice art, and a window opening to the courtyard. The bed was very comfortable... More

Everything at this intimate 6 room hotel was PERFECT. The rooms are tastefully appointed, the staff keeps them as clean as a whistle, the breakfasts are authentic Mexican fare (with options for the finicky) and the HAPPY HOUR - OMG - the HAPPY HOUR is so much fun! It's proximity to the ocean (a matter of just a few steps... More

After leaving Casa Sirena for the third time, I again find myself planning a return trip! There simply aren't words to describe how wonderful the bed and breakfast is. Simply put, we absolutely love everything about it. Casa Sirena is our all-time favorite!

What could be a better welcome to Isla Mujeres than entering an intimate hotel that has beauty wherever you look? Not to mention great breakfasts and a delightful rooftop happy hour! At the latter, we had a chance to really meet other guests, to watch amazing sunsets, and to taste the best margaritas — made by Bev during our stay!... More

We had very high hopes for our trip to Isla Mujeres and stay at Casa Sirena. Both exceeded our expectations in every way. Casa Sirena is the perfect location for the island. Steve, our host, created the perfect blend of homelike comfort and vacation luxury. Beach, restaurants, and shops are all steps away. After exploring, we loved coming back to... More

We stayed here for five nights, and enjoyed our time. This was a great place to meet new friends and socialize. The morning breakfast and happy hour allowed us to meet other couples, and get inspiration for area dining and outdoor activities. The hotel was within walking distance of beaches, ferries, restaurants and shopping. The inn keeper is pleasant and... More

Clean room and bathroom; nightly (except Sundays) happy hour with other guests and delicious margaritas and snacks; daily (except Sundays) breakfasts -different each day. Close to ferry and downtown (all easily within walking distance). Close to the beach. Nice people. The usual inkeeper was on vacation, so the associate inkeeper, Bev, was serving the week we visited. She was super... More

We always make it a point to stop at Casa Serena when we travel to Mexico in the late winter and it has consistently proven to meet the highest standards of comfort and convenience. This year's stopover during the week of Mardi Gras, with 5 family members joining us at Casa Serena and 3 others staying in nearby Casa el... More
