We stayed there for a couple of nights at the end of our honeymoon and it was great! The room had a sea view, overlooking the pool. The room was beautiful, with a small kitchen, free wifi and lovely bathroom. The hotel is small and intimate, a bit outside town but easy to get to by (cheap) taxi. The restaurant... More

Stayed 3 nights in Karma room which is their "budget friendly" room. For the price it was a very good deal. The room was clean and had great decor. Staff was excellent! Pool was wonderful and the hotel has incredible views! Much more peaceful vibe than being downtown. Great restaurant connected as well. Only complaints would be the street noise... More

Stayed at this place for three nights. Warm welcome from the hostess. Room not very spacious but with kitchenette (fridge and microwave) and good bathroom. Pool overlooking the ocean. Great! Restaurant has poolside service if requested. It is not in the centre, but to us that was a plus: way too busy. Here, you have a nice paradise to yourself.... More

I went with a few friends to Isla Mujeres. I had been to Cancun before, but never this island, and I'm glad I went. Personally I liked the island better than Cancun, as it more suited my style. More laid back, more quaint, and they had a really nice area (Hidalgo?) which was a narrow strip (no cars) filled with... More

Similiar to what some of the other reviews say, this place is a little out of town which for us was great as we had the didnt want to stay at a massive tourist hotel. We paid the extra for an ocean view room which we recomend, as you are only 10ft away from the pool and sun beds. The... More

I will try to make this helpful. Getting there – Use Cancun Cab and have them take you to Puerto Jaurez Ferry. Cost is $55 round trip for two. They will be waiting with sign in hand. Would highly recommend. Then take the ferry to Isla. From that port it is around $14 round trip PP. Rent a cart from... More

We stayed here for a couple of days and the hotel was really relaxing not like the big hotels with too many people. The bar and restaurant was very good with a fantastic view over the ocean. Service was very good and helpful.

After traveling for 16hrs, arriving here was like heaven. The staff at the front desk were polite, the restaurant staff were friendly and quite good service. We stayed in the most basic room but it has everything you need and we slept comfortably. It's a little bit of a walk to the main area of the town but the walk... More

Disappointed in the size of these "suites." We stayed in "Love" but we saw the inside of another room next door. Just way too small for the 6 days my husband and I stayed. The bed was in the middle of the room which meant we were tripping over each other with the less than 3 feet we had on... More
