Clean, no A/C but it does have ceiling fan, the windows were open and the wind was blowing beautifully, 3 minute walk from the Ferry Ultramar Puerto Juarez. ( You do not need a taxi) Right on the heart of the Island, If you are looking for a quiet place this is not for you, at least on the weekends.

We had a very good time in a clean hotel Marcianito, very central, friendly stuff. Came in for new year and enjoyed our stay. Shops are close, restaurants also, beaches just 2 blocks away, daily towls, daily cleaned

Hostels were full so I needed a private room and a budget hotel. Hotel Marcianito was clean, the fan was fine (no AC) and the shower was fabulous. Location was two doors off the main street, so conveniently located to shopping and lots of places to eat. Staff was lovely and the room was kept meticulously. Spring break crown provided... More

I stayed 8 nights in mid march in the single room. Great budget hotel. Wifi only worked on the main floor, but no biggie, as I just quickly check my email. Staff very friendly, great email communication prior to arriving, as I was traveling with my parents and they booked a double room, we were across from each other. The noise... More

I stayed here for 4 days in Dec. The rooms were super clean, spacious and the top floor where I was staying had a nice view of the town. The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the beach and the ferry.

Just spent 5 nights here, and loved it! I stayed in #14 on the 3rd floor, facing the street. There were 2 beds, a large closet, a COLD fridge, small flat screen TV, AC (I never used it, as the breeze is awesome! ), and a safe. Small bathroom, very clean. I didn't listen well enough to the instructions for... More

It is nice to heard that the noise issue was fixed. The Ecology Department is regulating the bars and disco's noise level and times. More

The hotel by itself is a great budget option in the Island. The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable, in the 2nd floor there's constant breeze, fridge and water available in the room, excellent wifi signal. Located nearby the ferry dock, the north beach, and lots of restaurants, etc (right in the town); however, location turns out to be also... More

I want to say thank you for your review. This year we started with a new goverment and the Department in charge of Licence and Regulations asked me for a letter from a guest who complained about the noisy from the bars. Your review describes all I need to start to an investigation. Thanks. More

The Marcianito is just a few blocks from the pier where the ferry arrive. It's walking distance from shops, restaurants, beaches and bars. If you want to get to the other side of then island, also easy to find golf cars rentals or taxis right next to the hotel. The downside of its central location is the noise. At night,... More

We traveled from Cozumel and had to stay one night on Isla Mujeres to take a Whale Shark Trip at 8:30 in the morning with Captain Tony. We were looking for a budget hotel and based on trip advisor reviews we selected this place. It was clean and in a good location but unfortunately as other reviewers have noted, the... More
