Believe all of the positive reviews. This is a nice quiet oasis away from the main drag on Hidalgo but within a five minute walk. The service, setting and rooms were all top notch. Everyone was very helpful. Oh yeah, and the pool was perfectly refreshing but I'm sure it depends on the time of year.

We spent a week at the hotel and did not regret our decision. The staff was amazing and attentive and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. We will be coming back to the island and will book again with Hotel Secreto and can't wait to see the renovations that are happening this fall!!
