Clean, friendly, lots of hot water for the shower, ideal location for shopping, restaurants and beach. What more could you ask for at an unbelievably cheap price. We felt very safe at all times on the island. Only 2 minutes walk to the most stunning beach.

For the price, I got everything I needed: comfy bed, ocean breeze, working fan and hot water shower. Cheap stay, simple room, cleaned daily, friendly and trustworthy staff... Older building with a great view! It`s hot (air conditioner/fan is a must-have), and we had a run-in with a cockroach, but it was part of the adventure! We met other travelers with tips on the best places to eat and shop. I will definitely stay at Vistalmar Hotel again.

This hotel represents the true culture of this area, and is a great experience. It takes a little getting used to but in time you will grow to adore it.
