The first day at this hotel I thought it was a huge mistake. Towards the end of the trip I really liked this place a lot. So for the drawbacks there is one older gentleman who does not have a good attitude that works there, there are a couple of great employees who are very nice and helpful. This is... More

The resort itself is okay, I meta you could much better for the price but still. I liked the pool because it was deep enough, nicely shaped and clean. There was no indoor reception area so for checking in and out I was sweating like hell. The room was spacious but very dark and humid. The air conditioning didn't do... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. If all you need is a place to rest, shower and unplugged, then this is your place. If you are looking for luxury and all inclusive deals, then do not even think about it. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but given that the island is... More

The property itself is nice. No indoor reception area. However, the area around the hotel is scary. Road to hotel is a rocky dirt road between the two main roads. Wifi worked great but AC was mediocre with no ceiling fan. The beach access to Captain Dulce's is a bad beach. Wouldn't stay here again. I was scared!

This is a good spot to stay if you don't want somewhere noisy. The suites are located at the south end of the island (the quiet end). The room I had was large, and comfortable. There is breakfast provided in the mornings - lots of fruit. I would definitely recommend hiring a golf cart as its the best way to... More

Simple but Lovely stay. We really enjoyed our visit here a year ago in january 2013, and we´d love to come back to this Little oasis! It´s quiet and peacefull. Also enjoyable room with a Little hammock on the balcony, a fridge to put food into, nice jaccuzi and a tv + dvdplayer for your yoga dvds to play :)... More

Yes it was a cheap stay.... But... You do get what you pay for. The villas are the other end of the island, and the taxi drivers can't make up their minds what to charge each trip. (70-120 pesos) so each time you wanted to go to the north (life of the island) you had to guess the taxi price.... More

We stayed at the Villas Coco Paraiso last month and mostly it was very nice and definitely very quiet. It's on the south end of the island, and off a little gravel road that runs off the main road, so it's very secluded. We could see the sea from our room, but the hotel is not on a beach. The... More

So we stayed one night at this hotel. This is a very small hotel and should be easily maintained. This place was nasty. The first room we where told was ours was not cleaned, stained sheets, dusty and above the toilet in room 208 has black mold growing like crazy on the ceiling. Also the safe and the key to... More
