Your own private ocean views and breezes (shell hunting too) complete with swimming pool on one level and jacuzzi on the other, this central location allows for enjoying local neighborhood activities and excellent eateries (including the famous Mango Cafe) while still being close to both Playa Norte and the centro and Punta Sur. We rented the downstairs for five days... More

Found Casa Roca Caribe on Home Away website and it looked like everything I like in a travel destination and so I was really happy to find out that reality matched the website. Jimbo and Karen are lovely and as everyone has said and they provide wonderful concierge service. The house has a great lay out upstairs and down. we... More

I echo all of the sentiments of the reviews prior to ours and they were part of the reason why we booked a weeks stay at Casa Roca Caribe. We were not disappointed! Enough can't be said about the value of the rental and how hard Jimbo works to make sure you have everything you need. Towels and water are... More

We arrived just hours before an unexpected tropical storm! The following 24 hours were adventuresome to say the least! Jimbo was kind enough to drive us to an EXCELLENT restaurant and grocery store to stock up on supplies since we were obviously going to be rained in for awhile. He even let us raid the other unit for leftover booze... More

This house is the best deal on the island. The beach is full of shells and the pool has an amazing view, The best restaurant on the island (Mango Cafe) is on the next street. If you want an authentic place this is it. Our 4 year old son played with the kids in the neighborhood and we felt totally... More

Casa Roca Caribe was the perfect Honeymoon getaway from my wife and myself. The hosts Jimbo & Karen were the ultimate - and exceeded our every whim! The Jimbo tour was well worth the time, and I highly reccommend it to people staying on the island ( and not only with Jimbo) as it gives a great "lay of the... More

Our vacation to Casa Roco Caribe was more than we could have hoped for. Jimbo and Karen made our experience special and treated us like family. They were helpful, informative and the condo was one of the best places to stay on the island. We don't like the "hotel" scene and this was perfect. It was like we moved in... More

We just returned from a fantastic trip to Isla Mujeres. Casa Roca Caribe was a fantastic place to stay, right on the water with the whole ocean crashing outside your bedroom window. Jimbo's tour was excellent and gave us a good idea of what we wanted to do while we were in Isla. The accomodations were very comfortable- loved the... More

My family and I stayed for a week this June. Jimbo is a wonderful host and maintains a beautiful property. The patio is by far the best That I have ever had to sit and relax on. The beds are better than what I sleep on at home. The kitchen has everything you need not only to make a great... More

We recently returned from a six-night stay on the main floor of Casa Roca Caribe. I cannot speak highly enough about how fantastic this place and its owners are. For such an affordable rate, we had almost every amenity we could have asked for and loved not feeling like another old tourist in an impersonal hotel. Let's start with the... More
