My only hesitation in giving Paraiso this glowing review is that we are always able to book our favourite room and now, it may not be available.
I have stayed at the hotel three times in a variety of rooms. Don Salome and his family are perfect hosts-very friendly and accommodating but my ability to speak to them in Spanish...
