I've stayed here a few times over the past 5 years, it is conveniently located across from the ultramar ferry dock. There is free wifi, in the common areas, and a nice little lounge area on the second floor with a microwave and a few other amenities. The hotel may not be anything special, but it is nice enough, with... More

we had the top floor, front room...very private and AWESOME VIEW! If you take your drinks up the stairs 2 more flights you are on a deck pretty much the highest point on the island take a panorama of the whole place. ( this deck is probably not supposed to be used, but hey!). Super clean ( of course )... More

A smile or a little bit of politeness goes a long way. Not here, if you say buenos Dias or hola you get no response from the reception staff apart from blank stares. The rooms are fine and the bathrooms are very nice (tiny TVs) but are expensive for 55 bucks and far too pricey for the 65 dollar room... More

Thank you Frank and team for the excellent stay and hospitality. I hope to be back some day. I have fond memories of the cute little coffee room, with complimentary coffee, tea, hot & cold water, fridge, dishes, and a partial open-air concept (with roof). It was very relaxing. The shower worked well and there were nice facilities. Just let... More

For the most part, Hotel D'Gomar got very good reviews, so we booked a room for 3 nights. When we arrived, we were a little disappointed when we saw the hotel's location and rooms. For some reason, I thought the hotel was located on a side street near the main street, but it is definitely right on the most trafficked... More

This is a nice place to stay, yes the rooms are a bit dated and it is basic in places, but for the money it does everything you would expect. There is free coffee and water and a fridge in the breakfast area. It was a bit noisy during the day when we stayed as they are building a new... More

We had a lovely week here despite it raining nearly every day (and no our room didn't leak!). Frank makes you feel like part of the family and gives you hugs every day. He's also full of information about the island and is happy to chat away about anything. Location is good, on the main street across from the ferry... More

We spent a week here at the end of Dec. Our second night there it poured rain all afternoon and into the night. I thought, according to the one review, I might need a snorkel set by morning. We woke up to a completely dry room. NO water whatsoever. We were also in a corner room. The view is great,... More
