This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very clean and well kept. That's about it for the pros. We had room #15 which was RIGHT OVER the restaurant. I knew that we would be above a restaurant but I didn't realize it was literally a balcony over a restaurant. There is noise from probably 530AM until at... More

Booked five nights but stayed for 7 over Christmas. If they hadn't been booked out I would have stayed for longer. The place's main concern is the Rolandis restuarant beneath so getting huge attention from what isn't really a reception area can be difficult, but this is a B&B not a hotel and it is a very good one. We... More

This little hotel was a pleasant surprise. Great location. Its small with no major frills but its clean, reasonable and in the middle of all the night time action. The restaurant downstairs in the hotel is great! Each day we returned to interesting towel origami with fresh flowers on our bed and in our bathroom. That alone made our experience... More

We were there during high season, paid 500 pesos per night. Pros: Rooms- the rooms are big, clean with nice beds and nice restroom and shower. AC + ventilator. And even some descent TV channels. Location- in the center of everything. Cons: NOISE- First, there's the noise from the restaurant until midnight. Second, there was noise at around 3-4AM, we... More

Shared a multi bedded room with friends to save a little money. Cheaper than a dorm, but we got A/C, private bathroom and cable TV. Excellent. Position is on the main café street, with great choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet. Room was cleaned daily and staff were very friendly. Good place to stay.

This hotel is great! Its right in the middle of everything! It is above a fantastic restaurant and has a very accommodating staff. Our room was always clean! We would leave for breakfast and come back and it was spotless! We stayed on the 3rd floor, so we didn't get all the noise that some guests have encountered. I heard... More

Have gone back trip after trip and will only stay at the Belmar! It's like going home. Small, clean and feels like Mexico. Love the staff too, it's no nice to be welcomed back every time by name. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only wish for a fridge in the room.

We stayed in Hotel Belmar for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The location was central and the rooms were clean and very comfortable with all the facilities you need. The breakfast was particularly good and we enjoyed being able to order from the menu rather than having a set menu. The staff were nice and helpful. The only slight... More

We came to Isla Mujeres without any hotel reservations and came across this quaint place located above Rolandis. The price was great, the atmosphere very cozy and centrical to everything. Plus they had wi-fi at no extra charge.
