We ate at this incredible restaurant 3 times while in Isla Mujeres. It is a gem located on the south end of the island with an ocean view. The chef, Gus, is phenomenal & his creations were amazing! Highly recommend a stop at this great restaurant.

Stayed 3 nights, private beach and deck are nice... room was super dark and felt like a cave - if we were any taller we would hit our heads in the ceiling. Shower was terrible, couldnt regulate warm/cold water + kept flooding the bathroom. Service was ok, restaurant good (great view).

We came here after some relaxation after a hectic few weeks. Maria's Kan Kin was perfect, we stayed in a cute bungalow which despite being located on the kitchen was very quiet at night. The grounds were beautifully kept, and the infinity pool was clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time on the private beach which was... More

The owners of the restaurant are incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating people. It's off the beaten path, but when you find it you find a beautiful view and a lovely meal. being vegan, I don't always have the easiest time finding food, but they were very accommodating and the chef personally helped me come up with a delicious meal. At a first glance the hotel seen old and neglected but as you enter you find a private beach, cute coffee place and a nice pool. The room was clean and the WiFi was free as promised. a taxi drive to the Norte playa was 10 min. And a golf ride is 20. Min. Worth the distance

The room was terrible. We took the 2 bedroom suite. Half the time we had no hat water or any water at all. They did not have any blankets just cheap Mexican thin bed covers. The staff is friendly but very unprofessional. The rooms smell of mold. Do not have breakfast at this hotel its the worst. Really bad. The... More

the room was very uncomfortable, the amenities poor, but the staff was very friendly. overall the room was comparable to some $50 rooms I've stayed in. We would not have spent the one night we did had we not made the reservation online and were committed to at least one night. What might have been a decent view was covered... More

We stayed 2 nights on Isla Mujeres at Maria's Kan-Kin. This hotel is small - with wonderful gardens, beach, and restaurant. Peaceful, relaxing, and so nice of an atmosphere. Room was spacious, rustic wood vanity and furniture, nice shower, comfortable place. Our hostess, cook, and waitress were wonderful, personable, and caring people. My husband snorkeled right off the beach every... More

My friends and I stopped here for lunch while touring with a golf cart on Isla Mujeres. The lunch was the best food of our week vacation that included Cancun down to Playa del Carmen. Even though we didn't stay at the hotel, we were invited to relax on their lounge chairs and swim at their beach. Delicious margaritas also!
