This hotel was fantastic. The staff was excellent. We went on a girls trip the first week in January. Double room was great. Prime season with great rate! Can walk anywhere!! Rent a golf cart its great. Get massage on beach. Breakfast is fine. Don't listen to reviews, those people should find a Ritz Carlton. Air conditioner was blasting cold... More

Two friends and I shared a room and found it spacious enough to spend time in the room together without tripping over each other. Essential when wanting to remain friends! Excellent shower. Large balcony overlooking the bay and so we got to see the fishing boats return in a steady stream. Have nothing but good to say about the hotel... More

The Hotel is very comfortable, located in front of the ferry's boarding and 10 minutes walk from playa norte. The rooms are new, clean with very comfortable bed and showers... The rooms are well equipped, only a kettle is missing. The staff is very nice. A small continental breakfast is included. Pleasant stay, recommended hotel.

this hotel is quite new and everything looks clean and nice. there are safeboxs and extras in the room and the staff is very nice. the best thing in the hotel is the location, near the docks and the market, the restaurant area and the beach.

The hotel is 3 minute walt from the fairy. The stuff is very helpful, the room was clean. The breakfast was poor but enough to get something when you wake up. The location was near to the main road and you can walk anywhere

We stayed one night as we were staying in Playa del Carmen at Sandos Playacar and didn't want to have to rush back like we had the two previous times we had been there. The hotel is just across from the ferry terminal, it's newer looking white and modern looking on the inside and outside. We were on the 3rd... More

We have stayed 3 nights and were really looking forward to this hotel. Photos on booking.com loos amazing so you are a bit disappointed upon arrival. Rooms are big and comfortable, our queen bed was huge. There is a swimming pool but not really usable as always in the shade with no sun at any part of the day. Location... More

If you have a moped or a golf cart, it's easy to go to Playa Norte from this place. Very good hotel and helpful staff. Decent breakfast, much better than the vegetarian food we got elsewhere on this island. The best part is that it's next to the Ferry terminal and on the main road. Sea view good, and very... More

We've just returned from our week long stay at Bahia Chac Chi and highly recommend it to other travellers. The hotel common areas are very modern and well designed, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms themselves are extremely basic, but super clean and spotless, very comfortable mattress, and if on the front of the building, staring our over the beautiful... More
