We stayed at Zbulu-Ha Jan. 21-28, 2012. The hotel is immaculate - such a pleasure!! We stayed in room #1, not only a street-facing room, but also alongside a balcony area with a table for four right underneath our window, which was right over our bed's headboard. We are night owls, and therefore late sleepers, and it was very disturbing... More

Xbula-Ha Hotel is the only place we now stay. We've been going to Isla for over 20 years. This is our vacation family. Gabriel and his staff are exceptional. Hotel is conveniently located close to grocery store, beaches, downtown restaurants and island walkway. Rooms are always clean with air, safe, flat-screen TV with many English channels, hair dryer and morning... More

Ideal location on Isla Mujeres - 5 mins walk to beach (Playa Norte) and one block from restaurants and shops (Hidalgo) which gives easy access to amenities but keeps you away from noisy bars at night. Relaxed place with a few ants in the shower - but spotless sheets, comfy beds, A/C, ensuite. Very good value at $50 a night... More

Compared to other hotels on the island, Xbulu-Ha is well priced, in a good location and a nice place to stay. They offer beach towels, free coffee in the morning, fridge in the room. The rooms are not huge but certainly enough for one or 2 people. Staff was friendly. Very comfortable place to stay. Good price for what you... More

Very clean room with A/C. Price was good. Location right in downtown makes it very convenient if you want to be in the shopping/tourist district. Easy 4 block walk from the ferry. Only stayed one night in downtown and they accommodated the one-night stay (rather then the min or 5 nights) with no problem. More

I stayed in Xbula-Ha twice. June 2010 and June 2011. Great location, safe, quiet, very clean, and friendly staff. The first time I stayed there by myself and I felt like at home. So I went back this year with my boyfriend. We loved it there. There is a fridge in the room, so we could stock up some food... More

We have probably stayed at the hotel more nights than any other guest. We found this hotel shortly after it was opened, and booked it for the following year. Since then, we have spent months staying there. It's the best. Gabriel, the owner, is most accomodating - satisfying any reasonable request. The staff is wonderful. We think of them as... More

Just got back from a 4 night stay, it was great. Very clean, great location, and customer service was the best. Our friend booked another stay before we left, and the rest of us are bringing our families back hopefully soon. You won't be sorry if you book your stay here! More

The hotel is in a center place, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Hotel's guests can take chairs and towels from the hotel to the beach. The staff is great! really helpful, the manager Gabi is really nice, knows English well and know everything about the place. moreover, the rooms are really nice and clean, and includes A.C, refrig., TV....
