I travelled alone to Isla Mujeres and found this place to be great! Very reasonably priced, excellent proximity to the beach and the main square, nice and quiet at night and very clean and tidy. I didn't have much interaction with the front desk but found my way around easily enough. In room wifi was handy too!

We hit the island a couple times a year. After staying at multiple locations for the past 7 years that we've continued to travel down, the last 4 years have been spent here. We've traveled as a couple, family and with friends. Its a great place for all. Our family trust the entire staff 100%. We've even cooked breakfast there... More

Good location, has A/C, price is reasonable, and it was clean. Basically if you are a budget traveler who are looking for a place to stay at night and get out and play during the day this hotel is a good option

Great alternative to a noisy hostel. My wife and I stayed 3 nights. The location is great and the hotel is very simple but really clean and nice. For the price I don't think you will do much better on the island. We don't have one complaint of the place and enjoyed our stay.

This little hotel may not be the best on manny different aspects. But location was so accessible to most of everything. Bed was not so comfortable for my taste. But was very clean. Owner and attendants are very friendly. I will defenetly go back. Manny little restaurants. Taxis, ferry, yoga is very popular in this island,my favorite Vastu yoga you... More

Will start by saying for what I paid for a junior suite I am more than happy with the hotel. It's location is just perfect and I can recommend Ciros golf cart hire just a few yards down the street. The hotel is very clean and the ladies do a wonderful job of cleaning your room each day. Everyone is... More

Thanks for you review. The only I can say about the WiFi, is that this is not a Hotel problem. the hotel has a bigger TPL router. However the supplier sometimes slow down the internet velocity. More

My husband and I stayed at Xbulu-Ha for 8 days in March. I am late in writing this review because our experience was a bit mixed. I will start with all the positives. The location is great. Close to the action in Centro, but quiets down at night. The friendly, smiling maids thoroughly cleaned the rooms, daily. The towels were... More

I will say thanks to my maid for finding the earings. One of my projects on 2015 is remodel the first floor. My goal is to make that the guests love these rooms. I know that most of the guest prefers rooms upstairs. So these are the rooms I give first. But when all the room are booked upstairs, I... More

Hotel Xbulu Ha is a place I will definitely be visiting again. For what I paid during Spring Break (about $42 USD) this place was definitely worth it. I took advantage of a room they have specifically for lone travelers and the price was right. The room had a small bed, TV ceiling fan, mini-split air conditioner and a bathroom... More

This is a very nice, clean hotel in a great location. It's within a 5 min. walk to north beach and from some rooms, or the communal balconies, you can see the ocean. The street is quiet, the staff are very helpful and the air conditioned rooms are newly furnished and kept incredibly clean. There is a common kitchen where... More
