My wife and I are casual certified divers who came to Cozumel for the exceptional reef diving. We were greeted instead with Tropical Storm Ida. While the weather didn't seem too bad, it was enough to shut the ferries down and strand us in Playa Del Carmen an extra night. When we finally arrived in Cozumel, it was so nice... more

My girlfriend and I spent a week in Playa Del Carmen and a week at the Coral Reef Inn. We loved Cozumel. I got my dive certification while we were there and now can hardly wait to get back in the water. We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn and are planning a return trip in the spring. The... more

My husband and I stayed for 10 days at the Coral Reef Inn (late Sept. '09). Leona and Jerry could not have been nicer...attentive in every way. The Inn is quite lovely and spotless...bright accent colors and artwork including a beautiful underwater mural and waterfall viewable from the second floor. The bathroom shower was wonderful and our room cleaned and... more

I booked my stay at the Coral Reef Inn with a dive package from Dive Paradise. I could not be happier with my stay at the CRI. The room was beautiful and clean, with a luxurious bathroom. The rooftop kitchen was a great place to make breakfast every morning before diving and relax in the evenings with my drink of... more

Excellent little getaway. We stayed there for a week to go scuba diving. Room was cozy and clean. Bed was very comfy! Room remained cool for most of the day since we drew the shades. Slightly noisy because of traffic, but it did not keep us up at night. Refrigerator in the room, TV, great water pressure in the shower.... more

The Coral Reef Inn is a small hotel that is comfortable, very clean, and quiet. Everything work, with Wi-Fi. I was on a dive trip (Dive Paradise) and the Inn is 10minutes walk from the hotel Barracuda dock for diving, 5 minutes from the local "superstore" and ten minutes from "downtown" There is a rooftop patio complete with a fully equiped... more

Coral Reef is just a short walk from the dive shop pickup and drop off site, the grocery stores and the town square shopping. The Inn feels spacious and the rooms are well maintained and clean. The third floor kitchen is wonderful--what with the cool breezes that always blow in and the great vantage point of watching the activity below.... more

My wife and I celebrated our 1st anniversary with a dive vacation here May 18-23, 2009 and couldn't have found a better place if we had toured all hotels/inns in Cozumel before the visit. After a long and intense online and Dive Mag research process we chose the Coral Reef Inn because we wanted to see/live the "REAL" Cozumel not... more

We stayed in this beautiful nice B&B just a few blocks from the waterfront and close to the city center. Due to 'swine flu' warnings, cruise ships stayed away and it seemed that we had the whole island to ourselves Leona and Jerry were great hosts, helping us with restaurant tips (Otates for instance), setting up (discounted) diving and even... more

We just got back from a wonderful vacation in Mexico, also staying at the Coral Reef Inn on Cozumel for one week, since we wanted to get some quality diving and I wanted to get my Open Water Certificate. Since Coral Reef Inn has a cooperation with Dive Paradise, this seemed to be the perfect option....and it was even better... more
