We went to this hotel between August 23-30. Overall, we had good weather, but be aware that there are a lot of mosquitos. The staff is so nice and the food is very good! Room: We had a room on the 4th floor of the garden view building with a king size bed. We didn't pay for the ocean view,... More

All of the family stayed here for my sisters wedding in June! It all went off without a hitch. A special thank you to Ottoniel for helping us all week! Not only did he help my sister have the most magical wedding day but he also helped my handicapped father snorkel in the ocean again after thinking it was impossible.... More

We stayed at Melia for our honeymoon from August 17-21 and overall had such a great time! We will definitely be returning. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, and the staff is great! ROOM - our oceanview room was in the smaller, 3-story building--not the main tower. The one downside is that it didn't have an elevator, so for check... More

We just got back from an amazing week at Melia. Before the vacay, we were planning on hiring a photographer to take pictures on the beach. However, we met Monica Escatel, who offered to take pictures of us first, and then let us decide how many to purchase. We were stunned with the results and had such difficulty narrowing down... Staying at the Melia was a very good choice for us, a family of five with two teenagers and an 11 year old. There is always something going on and the staff make sure you are having fun. My kids played water polo and beach volleyball everyday we were there and they made lots of new friends and the activities... More

Melia Vacation Club service was very good. The room was excellent, children's activities and the ability to walk between the beach and pool were excellent. The food service was excellent except at the pool cabana where it was a little under staffed. Drinks were made well and easy to access. We even had our pictures taken by Monica Escatel who... More

My fiance, 9-yr-old son, and I stayed here from July 29-August 8. This was my third time staying at Melia, and my third great experience there. This time, we booked the M Experience and stayed in a Junior Deluxe room on the 11th floor. Room- The room was much bigger and more comfortable than the rooms in the smaller side... More

This is the first time that we stayed in an all-inclusive resort, mainly due to the costs for a family of 4. But we found that actually the Melia was very reasonable; they really give you a lot for what you pay! The hotel and staff are very generous in offering anything you want. The food is GREAT and is... This was our first trip to Mexico and first time at an all inclusive. We booked through Global Discovery Vacation Club. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given welcome drinks (grape juice) while completing paperwork. The room on the 12th floor was really nice. It had a king size bed, couch, kitchenette with table and chairs, dresser, closet... More

We loved Melia. I am a single mom, and I traveled with my 11 year old daughter in August to this resort. I had gotten a really good deal, and read many reviews, so I was not sure what to think. We arrived and was suppossed to have an ocean view room in main tower, but they put us in... More
