This was our third trip to Cozumel and Casa Colonial. And, it couldn't get any better. Everything was perfect from Sarah and Bob's wonderful hospitality, pride of ownership and great care in keeping their place gorgeous. It is such a wonderful setting, close to everything, yet a quiet oasis in town. We have said it all before, but we will... More

I have stayed here twice and just love the grounds. It is located right behind downtown and is very private. The owner's Bob and Sarah have designed these to make you feel like you are at home, with all of the finishing touches. I would highly recommend staying here to any one of my friends. We really like to explore... More

A lovely, comfortable and beautifully maintained villa complex in downtown Cozumel. Four, well equipped and aesthetically pleasing villas surrounding a great pool, with friendly and helpful assistance from Sarah. We loved everything about this place, including its location in a real neighborhood yet a short walk from the "action", the restaurants that were recommended, the pool, the fresh fruit. We... More

Our family of 4 recently stayed in Casa Colonial, and we enjoyed our time very much. The accommodation is very comfortable and has a lot of character. We were given the royal treatment while we were there by Sarah, the owner. She provided us with recommendations for all of the best local restaurants and activities and answered all of our... More

Bob & Sara will ensure you have all you need & make sure you experience all of the island & surrounding islands on your vacation. You cant beat all the amenities and space for the weekly price. We surprised... More

We had an extraordinary and restful one-week stay at Casa Colonial. While we usually like the nature of staying in a hotel, our minds are changed after this visit to Casa Colonial. The private and beautiful tropical property of four villas gave me just the peace and tranquility I needed. Everything is clean, updated and well-maintained. The linen smells just... More

We were fortunate enough to have found Casa Colonial for the first time back in 2004, and have gone back every year since! From the moment we walk through the doors, we feel like we are back home! The villas are literally a 5 minute ride from the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood, so you feel like you are... More

The hotel is clean and small and is meant for longer term stay (ie plus a week). Owner is very personable, friendly and responsive. It is located in San Miguel -the 'town' on the island in a residential neighbourhood. There is parking and the suites are entered through a secure courtyard. It would bit a bit of a walk to... More
