Sadly, this was the worst vacation I've ever had thanks to the "all inclusive" hotel stay @ the Wyndham. "All Inclusive" is apparently code for we take all of your $, then give you the cheapest, worst food ever, make it close to impossible to get anything out of the deal, and we've never heard the term customer service in... more

Mark and Kathy, from Colorado Arpil 26-may 3 2008 Our stay began quite nicely with easy check-in and curteous staff. We were upgraded to the sabor ( adult only side) which was very new with a beautiful pool and swim up bar just outside our room. The second night there we ate a the resturant Mosaique, it was quite good... more

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Cozumel all inclusive hotel. I travel a lot and am a pretty laid back traveler and have roughed it and never am bothered by lack of service etc. I also never write reviews, I only read them and think people are being overly negative and crazy sensitive. Here is what i thought: Rooms Sabor... more

Before I start, this place was once called "Reef Club" so not sure the ownership/name change has affected the resort. I went here to get engaged. It was a little lower on the price scale than I usually spend, but I was travelling with a friend who wanted to stay somewhere less expensive. Anyway, I did not like this resort.... more

I needed a break from everyday life and this was the place to do it! I stayed at the resort from April 23rd-April 29th, 2008. Everyday there was something new to do and someone new to meet. Though I came as a stranger, I left feeling like a friend. Every morning I was greeted with smiling faces and wonderful food.... more

After reading several negative reviews, I was a little bit worried about what this resort would be like. We traveled from Toronto and had two hotels in our price range (aka: under $750/week all-inclusive). The other hotel we were considering was Hotel Cozumel, and after seeing both properties, I was very happy that we opted to stay at the Wyndham.... more

Well I guess you get what you pay for...we booked our trip through Liberty Travel online at the last minute. The positive point (which is always a good place to start) is that the food was fairly good. It definately wasn't amazing but it was amicable. Also I had an amazing massage at the spa. No bargain but very well... more

I haven't seen many reviews taking about the kids aspect of the resort, so here we go. We stayed for a week in April with our 3 year old and had a great time. The main activity pool has a volleyball net on one side for adults and teens to play and swim. On the other end it is a... more

We stayed at the Wyndham from March 24th-31st. There were five of us, and we paid for two oceanfront rooms, which are some of the most expensive on the resort. Now you would think one of the rooms would have two beds. Instead, they gave five of us two rooms with one king bed in each. The only solution they... more
