I have been a scuba diver since 1989. Scuba Club Cozumel is the only dive resort that I have visited more than once. It was an exemplary experience in 2014 and I found it to be even better in 2015. If you are a diver this is what you want. Great accommodations, on-site restaurant with excellent food, on the water,... More

Scuba Club is one of the best diving values I've found Rooms are clean and well maintained. Great air conditioning. Very well run dive operation. Food is wonderful. Within easy walking distance to grocery store and town I love it because I'm a diver. Not much to do there for non divers. No beach Be sure and request a ground... More

Scuba Club had the worst attitude, grumpy service, and was NOT friendly towards divers. First we had to carry our own weights ALL week, they would not leave on boat. They advertised "night dives" but when I asked I was told "NO", I kept asking about what it would take to schedule a night dive, and they got mad at... More

I have been to Scuba Club Cozumel 5 times now. Every time, I'm impressed with the value, the food, the diving, the divemasters and general experience I've had when staying here. If you're coming to Cozumel for the diving, and you want to dive every day, this is the place for you and your group or family. Scuba Club has... More

The diving was more than I expected, the biggest turtles I've ever seen in the wild. Lobsters, Crabs, eels and octopus plus much more. The diving operation, managers not so much! We went by the wreck, 20 mins from our resort, everyday and it is only at 70', but we had to pay,$45, for an extra dive to dive on... More

I spent 8 nights at SCC mid-July. SCC makes for an easy trip where everything is taken care of. Good staff, good food, comfortable rooms, decent boats. I was there with my 14 year old daughter for a few days and then alone for a few days. We arrived a day earlier than scheduled, but the front desk quickly got... More

This isn't a fancy resort but a a very simple Mexican hotel that caters to divers. Great diving. The food was really good and even my non-diving spouse enjoyed a nice relaxing stay. staff and dive masters were very attentive. Would go again.

Laid-back yet highly professional DIVERS' PARADISE. If you’re a diver who is not interested in “amenities” such as golf course, Jacuzzi, water sports, swim-up bars and mega-pools, this is the place for you. Non-divers may feel they have “nothing to do” even though downtown Cozumel is less than a 20 min walk away. First and foremost, I want to state... More

OK.. Overall I thought the staff of the place was very good. But I will not be going back nor will I recommend this place to others. First off,, The dive shop and its crew is top notch. I did not use a lot of common sense when I bought this dive package. I have not dived in over ten... More

Timothy M, General Manager at Scuba Club Cozumel, responded to this review

We are glad you were able to recertifiy and get back into diving after such a long time. Unfortunately due to this you were unable to use all of your diving package. Sofia offered you credit to use your missed diving days on your future trip as is policy when dives are missed due unforseen problems like the certification problem More

We had just spend 4 days at the Fairmont Myakoba at Playa del Carmen, which is one of the top hotel chains for high quality service, fancy amenities, etc. Keeping that in mind, after the company awards trip to Playa DC, we took the fairy (recommened) to Cozumel. The rooms are basic, e.g., painted concrete walls, simple but clean linens,... More
